For Ethiopians living abroad, staying connected with family and friends at home is very important. Our platform allows members of the Ethiopian diaspora to easily purchase and send gifts and everyday essentials to their loved ones

Lagerbet Sitota can also be used by customers within Ethiopia to send gifts and products to friends, family members, and colleagues across different cities.

Currently, our delivery service is being tested in Addis Ababa. Shortly, we will expand our delivery service to major cities across Ethiopia such as Hawassa, Bahir Dar, Dessie, Kombolcha, Gondar, Mekelle, Jimma, and Dire Dawa, and to more locations abroad where Ethiopian diaspora communities live.

At the same time, the platform supports local Ethiopian businesses, manufacturers, artists, and creators by giving them an opportunity to showcase and sell their products to customers both inside Ethiopia and around the world.

• CAN YOU SHIP YOUR PRODUCTS ANYWHERE?

  •  Currently, we are only shipping to: Ethiopia, Canada, America, Israel and the following European countries: Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Norway, Finland, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom and Netherlands.

• HOW DO YOU SHIP MY ORDERS?

  • All products from Ethiopia will be delivered using standard Ethiopian post office air mail whereas all the other products will mainly use Hongkong Post Air Mail and China Post Air Mail.

• HOW LONG WILL TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

  • If shipping address is in Addis Ababa the order will be delivered in 1 (one) working day
  • Else where in Ethiopia will be delivered in 3 (three) to 5 (Five) working days.
  • For shipping outside of Ethiopia, purchases who ship the orders within Ethiopian post office should expect to receive their orders within six (6) to twelve (12) working days upon payment verification depending on the volume of orders received. Hongkong Post Air Mail and China Post Air Mail usually takes 20 - 60 days.
  • If you experience delays in receiving your order, contact us immediately and we will help to confirm the status of your order.
