ORIGIN: Somalia
BOTANY: this species, belonging to the Burseraceae family, grows on the lowlands between Ethiopia and Somalia, at an altitude ranging from 200 to 900 metres a.s.l., it can reach a height of 8 metres.
AROMATIC NOTES: balsamic, fresh, floral
USAGE TIPS: it melts almost completely on charcoal, clean from any residue before pouring again.
